My Career Details

In 2008, I joined a medical and precision equipment manufacturer as a new graduate. Over 13 and a half years, I was engaged in legal and intellectual property affairs, including launching new businesses domestically and internationally, contract negotiations, litigation, and M&A. During my tenure, I experienced pregnancy and childbirth twice. After about ten years, I began to feel that I had accomplished what I wanted in this job, that I wanted to explore paths beyond being a corporate employee where I could make better use of myself, and that I wished to expand my contributions to society. Through extensive self-exploration and personal investment, I took on three additional roles alongside my corporate career and household responsibilities: yoga instructor, Ayurveda instructor, and writer. While I found joy in seeing my clients happy, I also felt that I lacked a strong sense of "this is it!" and kept questioning, "What would allow me to fully utilize my entire being?" Through daily journaling and introspection, I continued my search. Eventually, I encountered coaching, where my aspirations, values, and ideal way of working and living aligned, leading me to pursue a career as a coach. In 2021, I became an independent coach. I completed 200 hours of training at CTI, the world's largest coach training organization, and obtained the CPCC® (Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach) certification. Currently, as a professional coach, I support individuals and organizations in moving forward powerfully and effortlessly. My approach, which integrates systems thinking from my legal background and mindfulness from my yoga instruction experience, is well received for its balance of verbal and non-verbal communication. Additionally, I share insights based on my experience managing multiple jobs while raising two young children and transitioning into an entirely new field. Beyond one-on-one coaching and corporate career training, I offer programs such as the "1-Day Listening Skills Workshop for Nurturing Relationships" and a four-month group coaching program, "PADDLERS: Taking Control of Life and Business Through Source and Habits." I am also actively involved in in-person workshops at a traditional Japanese house in Chigasaki, events at hotels in Ginza, and the development of unique products and services.
